Job Title: Labourer
Location: On Site, UK
We are seeking reliable and skilled Labourers to support site and yard operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driving licence and bring hands-on experience with forklift trucks (FLT) and overhead cranes. Candidates with additional technical skills (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, or general maintenance) will be strongly considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labouring duties to support daily site/yard operations.
- Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Support technical tasks where applicable (basic mechanical, electrical, or maintenance work).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Follow site HSE standards and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a labourer, yard operative, or similar.
- Full valid driving licence.
- Adequate FLT experience (licence preferred).
- Overhead crane operating experience (desirable).
- Any additional technical skills (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, maintenance) are an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
