We are hiring a Junior Site Engineer to assist a Construction Site Manager on a high-profile infrastructure project based in Gdańsk. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain real-world site experience and develop toward chartership.
You will work closely with experienced professionals on day-to-day site activities, gaining exposure to quality control, document management, subcontractor coordination, and construction monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Construction Site Manager with daily site operations

Assist with quality control and progress tracking

Supervise and manage the flow of technical documentation

Monitor construction works based on site instructions and building regulations

Attend meetings with subcontractors and internal teams

Prepare construction-related documentation and reports

Assist with administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:

Fluent English (written and spoken at C1 level – mandatory)

Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferably from a Polish university)

Based in the Gdańsk area

Familiar with AutoCAD and general IT tools

Good communication and organisational skills
