Job Title: IT Specialist (Senior)

Location: Sundbyberg, Sweden
Remote Work: Up to 100% remote (to be agreed with the client; may be adjusted during the assignment)
Assignment Period: 01 April 2026 – 30 April 2028 (possible extension up to 30 April 2030)
Contract Type: Part-time consultant (estimated 20% of a full-time position)
Work Schedule: Estimated 20% of full-time; flexibility may be required during business-critical periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and further development for financial administration and planning systems

  • Act as an expert and advisor on budgeting and forecasting solutions (projects and cost centers)

  • Manage issues, troubleshoot, and implement necessary adjustments to existing solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve system processes and proactively suggest enhancements

  • Be available during critical periods for troubleshooting and incident management

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with enterprise financial administration and planning tools

  • Strong expertise in SQL programming

  • Proven experience with modern ERP solutions, specifically web-based financial planning modules

  • Hands-on technical support and expert-level consultation experience

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish (both spoken and written)

Preferred Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and budgeting/forecasting modules

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and discussions for process improvements
