Overview
A leading organization in the energy sector is seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Competence Level 3, 5-9 years) to join their IAM team. You will work closely with internal staff on both operational and development tasks related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). The IAM platform is based on industry-standard solutions and integrates with widely used ticketing and identity systems. Expansion to add IDP and PAM functionalities is planned for 2027. Two consultants are initially required for this long-term project.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the IAM platform

Develop new features for operational management and project support

Onboard applications to the IAM platform

Manage incoming requests via the ticketing system

Resolve incidents according to SLA/OLA requirements

Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge base

Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer
Requirements

Solid IAM knowledge and hands-on experience

Ability to independently develop and manage solutions with market-leading IAM and identity systems

Proficiency in Swedish (required)
