Assignment Overview
An opportunity is available for a Senior IT Solution Architect to support the transformation toward a next-generation Digital Workplace within an established organization’s IT Workplace management division. As a consultant, you will play a key role in coordinating, guiding, and shaping the journey toward a modern digital workplace, contributing deeply with your expertise and leadership to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing management.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and quality-assure solution architecture in alignment with overall architectural principles and guidelines.

Design solutions that balance business requirements, information management, and technology choices.

Ensure implemented solutions are sustainable, feasible, and support long-term business goals.

Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and other architect roles.

Drive the adoption and implementation of modern collaboration tools such as Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint, digital whiteboards, persistent chat, and video conferencing solutions.

Prepare thorough documentation and provide support during the handover phase to operational teams, aiding in seamless ongoing management.

Engage in both high-level design work and hands-on solution implementation alongside technical team members.
Requirements

Proven experience working with Microsoft Enterprise solutions.

University-level IT education (minimum 120p/180hp).

Strong background as a Solution Architect in relevant environments.

Proficiency in Swedish language.
Work Schedule

On-site presence required at the office in Sundbyberg; remote work permitted up to 40% (minimum 3 days per week onsite, final arrangement subject to agreement).
