Job Title: Interface Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Contract Type: Temporary/Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to support a major LNG FEED project. The successful candidate will manage interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, clear scope boundaries, and timely information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal discipline interfaces and external stakeholder coordination to ensure all interface points are clearly identified and understood.

Align all parties on scope boundaries and responsibilities to prevent gaps or overlaps in work.

Identify technical data requirements early from each stakeholder and plan exchanges to avoid delays or rework.

Document, update, and monitor key interface data through to resolution, communicating progress in a timely manner.

Set clear expectations for stakeholders on deliverables (“what, when, and who”) to support efficient and planned work completion.
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering-related discipline.

Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 10 years in interface engineering for LNG plants.

Extensive experience in FEED and EPCI phases of LNG projects.

Good working knowledge of LNG and general oil and gas facility engineering.

Familiarity with applicable codes and standards.

Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
