Job Title: Asset Integrity Specialist – Wind Energy

Overview
We are supporting a leading renewable energy organisation in the search for an Asset Integrity Specialist to join their wind power operations team.

This role focuses on maintaining and improving the technical integrity of operational assets, with a particular emphasis on structural components and blade systems. You will play a key role in ensuring asset reliability, optimising maintenance strategies, and supporting long-term operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess inspection data to ensure asset integrity and reliability

  • Maintain clear oversight of asset condition and technical performance

  • Develop and optimise maintenance strategies within your technical area

  • Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions

  • Support and ensure execution of maintenance and inspection activities on site

  • Provide technical expertise and advanced maintenance support to operational teams

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimisation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance and reduce operational costs

  • Support the development of technical standards and best practices

  • Maintain accurate technical data and reporting for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline

  • Strong understanding of asset integrity and maintenance principles

  • Experience in technical analysis, inspection data review, and fault diagnosis

  • Knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability improvement

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within wind energy or renewable energy sectors

  • Familiarity with structural or blade systems

  • Experience in root cause analysis and reliability engineering

  • Good IT and data handling skills
