Position Title: Instrumentation & Maintenance Engineer (Supervisory)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Position Overview:
The Instrumentation & Maintenance Engineer will oversee and manage instrumentation and maintenance activities in a production or maintenance environment. The role involves supervision of technical teams, coordination with contractors and vendors, troubleshooting of field instruments, and ensuring compliance with control and instrumentation standards and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Production, Maintenance, or related fields)

Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Minimum Experience:
-
5+ years of experience as an Instrumentation or Maintenance Engineer in production or maintenance
-
5+ years in supervisory roles
-
Hands-on experience with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors in instrumentation, communications, digital control, and networked subsystems

Proven experience troubleshooting field instruments including control valves, transmitters, and analyzers

Knowledge of overhauling and testing control valves
-
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting DCS and PLC systems

Proficient in reading and interpreting Control & Instrumentation documentation such as P&ID, PFD, wiring diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and functional diagrams
