Job Title: Installation Supervisor (T&I, DSV)

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an internationally recognized university or institution.
Experience Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in offshore projects, with substantial exposure to:
- Subsea pipelines and cables
- Structural installations
- Marine spread-based project execution (e.g., barges, DSVs)
- Proven experience either with:
- Contracting companies or
- As Client Representative
- Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in:
- Subsea cable lay and burial operations
- Serving as Barge Superintendent or Client Rep
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach in liaising with contractors and asset holders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as QP Representative (Focal Point) onboard contractor marine spread for day-to-day execution and coordination of:
- Offshore cable lay, burial, and survey activities
- Work closely with other QP personnel onboard to ensure safe, compliant execution of all works per QP specifications and standards.
- Ensure all activities are executed according to approved method statements, with appropriate documentation and records maintained.
- Supervise and approve offshore installation operations, including inspections and the processing of required documentation.
- Prepare daily activity reports, highlighting:
- Work progress
- Constraints or issues
- Look-ahead plans
- Disseminate to QP/asset stakeholders as per the approved communication matrix
- Facilitate coordination with other asset holders to ensure work is carried out under approved PTW (Permit to Work) systems, optimizing the utilization of mobilized marine resources.
