Job Purpose
-
Represent the company on board installation vessels to ensure safe and quality-compliant execution of works.

Provide oversight on contractor’s day-to-day activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Job Accountabilities

Act as COMPANY Site Representative onboard the vessel during the execution phase; communicate activity status and progress to the Vessel Lead.

Serve as the day-to-day interface with EPC contractor and craft labor.

Monitor and ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans.

Work effectively within established procedures or develop new procedures to support project management needs.

Part B: Person Specification – Minimum Requirements
Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
-
Minimum 8 years of offshore installation experience on vessels in Transport & Installation activities
-
At least 5 years as a Field Engineer or Site Supervisor onboard installation vessels
-
Previous experience with QELNG and familiarity with QELNG PTW systems is desirable
-
Knowledge of offshore facility installation and subsea structure execution by installation vessel
-
Demonstrated extensive experience supervising MSV operations
-
Basic training or knowledge in lifting, rigging, and safety standards
Technical and Business Skills

Fluent in English

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email system
