Job Title: Installation Supervisor (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Netherlands
Contract Type: Permanent or Interim (with option for transfer to direct hire after an agreed period)

Overview
We are seeking an Installation Supervisor with a strong technical background in electrical engineering. In this role, you will take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that installations run smoothly and safely. You will coordinate activities with both internal teams and external contractors, while keeping operations, documentation, and safety compliance on track.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve malfunctions and ensure installations remain in optimal condition during day shifts.

  • Prepare and oversee maintenance shutdowns, ensuring safe and efficient restart of operations.

  • Coordinate with external contractors, setting agreements on work execution, results, and risk management.

  • Monitor maintenance execution and enforce compliance with agreed standards.

  • Participate actively in scheduled overhauls, ensuring postponed issues are permanently resolved.

  • Manage administrative tasks including maintenance planning, documentation, permits, and reporting.

  • Balance hands-on technical work with organisational and coordination duties.

Requirements

  • Completed MBO Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

  • Strong awareness of safety and experience in planned maintenance.

  • Several years of experience in a technical industrial environment.

  • Experience with maintenance systems is preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and contractors.

  • Full proficiency in Dutch (required due to safety regulations).

  • VCA Basic Safety certificate, or willingness to obtain one.

  • Availability: 32–40 hours per week.

Your Team
You will join a skilled group of supervisors and a planner, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering. Together, the team ensures the availability and reliability of assigned installation areas.
