About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inspection Engineer to join our Asset Integrity team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials/corrosion engineering for fixed equipment and piping. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead key inspection initiatives, and ensure compliance, safety, and reliability across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for RBI, integrity management, and materials/corrosion issues related to fixed equipment and piping.

Define and implement RBI or integrity programmes within chemical plant or refinery environments.

Interact with regulatory authorities and company leadership to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Enhance the effectiveness of inspection procedures and implement best practices.

Lead the training and technical development of inspection teams.

Drive the implementation of new inspection standards and ensure adherence to existing ones.

Share learnings, best practices, and incident insights across sites, industry bodies, and internal teams.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgy, or a related engineering discipline.

Proven experience in inspection and integrity management within oil & gas, refining, or petrochemicals.

Strong knowledge of RBI methodology, codes, and standards.

Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding inspection professionals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
