Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Inspection or Asset Integrity Engineer to join a high-profile operation in Dubai. This is a key technical leadership role where you’ll drive the company’s risk-based inspection and integrity programme for fixed equipment and piping systems, ensuring world-class safety and operational standards.

If you’re experienced in inspection engineering within refinery or chemical plant environments and enjoy leading integrity management systems, inspector training, and technical best practices, this could be a career-defining move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for RBI, corrosion, and integrity management

  • Define and implement RBI and inspection programmes across fixed assets

  • Drive improvements in inspection procedures and practices across the organisation

  • Lead the implementation and compliance of inspection standards at site level

  • Train and mentor inspection personnel to enhance technical capabilities

  • Engage with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders on inspection matters

  • Collaborate with other company sites and industry bodies to share best practices and learnings

Ideal Background & Experience:
Candidates will typically have held roles such as:

  • Senior or Lead Inspection Engineer

  • Inspection Group Leader or Manager

  • Reliability Engineer or Fixed Equipment Engineer

  • QA Manager on large capital projects

  • Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineer

  • Engineer on major projects (>$100M USD)

  • Inspection Supervisor or Asset Integrity Specialist

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in inspection engineering, integrity management, or corrosion/materials engineering

  • Proven track record of implementing RBI programmes in refinery or chemical plant settings

  • Strong knowledge of international inspection standards, codes, and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams, authorities, and industry peers
