Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on ICSS Project Engineer to join a high-profile offshore engineering project in Denmark. You will play a key role in the coordination and execution of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) activities as part of a wider multidisciplinary project team. The successful candidate will work across engineering, operations, and offshore implementation teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all ICSS-related engineering tasks in alignment with project schedules

  • Support the Installation Project Manager with delivery of offshore control system scope

  • Lead planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of ICSS single-discipline packages

  • Act as the point of contact for ICSS technical matters across internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive compliance with engineering standards, project frameworks, and cost-effective delivery

  • Ensure timely integration of all control and safety system elements across disciplines

  • Participate in offshore implementation of ICSS modifications as required by the project

  • Maintain oversight of project economics and technical efficiency throughout the lifecycle

  • Ensure safe and effective execution of asset modifications in a live offshore environment

  • Represent the ICSS discipline in all project decision-making and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

Technical Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Control Systems, or similar discipline)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with ICSS systems (preferably ABB and/or Siemens)

  • Solid track record in ICSS engineering and project delivery within offshore oil & gas

  • Familiar with offshore project risk, safety systems, and implementation practices

  • Offshore Safety Training (BOSIET, H2S, etc.) – Specific training will be provided if required

Professional Profile:

  • Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions within a clear scope of authority

  • Practical understanding of economic optimisation and lifecycle project planning

  • Experience contributing to the development of best practices and engineering procedures

  • Committed to safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork
