Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week no fully remote workers

Job Description

You'll be part of the Geoscience Construction Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will oversee survey operations, analyze geospatial data, and collaborate closely with installation managers. As a team, we value precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Scope of Work:

  • Providing hydrographic survey expertise under Polish legislative requirements
  • Reviewing and accepting Installation Contractors procedures for survey and geoscience related tasks, and reviewing ,  accepting and distributing Installation Contractors progress and final as-built survey datasets
  • Procuring and managing the review, accept and distribution of data acquired by an internal survey support service
  • internal survey support service for bathymetric and sub-bottom surveys
  • Reviewing, accepting, distributing and data acquired by the internal survey support service
  • Providing expertise on ground conditions on site for installation works
  • Reviewing of project documentation, method statements, reporting and documentation related to sub-sea and sub-seabed installation and positioning requirements
  • Managing QA/QC and accepting of pre, during and post-installation surveys
  • Interfacing between Installation Packages as construction progresses
  • Owning the residual risk management for UXO during construction
  • Delivering certain transfer reports from Construction into Operations and Maintenance phase
  • Office (Leba or Gdansk) based role with occasional offshore vessel visits.
  • 5 day working week, 8 hours/day with occasional additional hours as the project requires

Requirements:

  • must have a Polish Hydrographic Cat A surveyors license
  • have experience with hydrographic surveys and offshore construction works
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks and experience with interfacing with design, engineering and installation teams
  • thrive in an international environment and be able to create good relationships with your stakeholders
  • are bilingual in Polish and English.
  • GWO basic offshore certificates
