Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Fracturing Field Engineer to lead the technical execution of fracturing programs on-site. This role involves implementing job designs, monitoring real-time parameters, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating closely with field supervisors and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute hydraulic fracturing programs according to job design and operational plans

Monitor and adjust job parameters in real time to optimise performance

Troubleshoot technical and operational issues on-site

Coordinate with fracturing supervisors, field crews, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
Key Requirements:

Extensive field experience in hydraulic fracturing operations

Strong technical understanding of blender systems and frac pumps

Proven ability to monitor and adjust job parameters during live operations

Experience in client-facing environments is preferred
