Job Title: Hull Delivery Manager
Working Location: Malaysia
Contract Type: 1-2 years
Role Overview:
Responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of FPSO hull scope from engineering through fabrication, integration, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hull fabrication and delivery execution strategy
- Manage shipyard activities, schedule, cost, and subcontractors
- Coordinate interfaces with topside and marine teams
- Ensure compliance with classification and project standards
- Monitor progress and resolve execution issues
- Manage fabrication, logistics, and offshore readiness risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore / FPSO / shipbuilding projects
- Strong hull fabrication and marine construction background
- Proven leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams
- EPC and shipyard execution experience
