Job Title: HRSG Erection Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced HRSG Erection Supervisor to oversee the installation of Heat Recovery Steam Generator components at a project site in Poland. This is a short-term opportunity for a highly skilled professional with strong experience in power plant equipment installation and on-site supervision.
Role Overview
The Erection Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the assembly and installation of mechanical components, ensuring compliance with field quality plans, safety standards, and site procedures. The role involves direct monitoring of the erection contractor, quality documentation, inspections, and support of the commissioning readiness process.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor contractor activities during installation of the component, including surface finish, corrosion protection, and internal cleanliness

Ensure erection steps are carried out in accordance with the field quality plan and relevant documentation

Participate in acceptance testing such as pressure tests and visual inspections

Check site-generated documentation for accuracy and completeness (red-line drawings, field records)

Monitor adherence to site-specific safety and regulatory requirements

Support inspections including ECC walkdowns, submitting lists of open items and non-conformities

Provide written instructions to the site team if any work deviates from specifications, standards, or best practices

Respond promptly to technical queries from the customer or other contractors

Verify that all preconditions for hold points or installation processes have been met

Liaise with site management, who will act as the primary contact for instructions and coordination

Provide advisory support to erection teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and installation guidelines

Support completion of the component to the point of handover for commissioning
Candidate Profile

Solid experience in HRSG or large industrial boiler erection

Familiar with international installation, assembly, and safety standards

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently while liaising with a wider site and project team

Available at short notice for a short-term assignment
