HR Specialist – Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and HR operations. The role contributes to a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes are aligned with organizational policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for all staff in the country.

  • Assist in workforce planning, job postings, and recruitment logistics.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support talent acquisition efforts.

  • Liaise with government entities and portals for visa processing, labor cards, and compliance matters.

  • Serve as HR focal point, resolving employee queries and issues in a timely manner.

  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.

  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

  • Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.

  • Assist in training needs identification and coordination of learning programs.

  • Track employee development plans and career progression.

  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.

  • Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other entitlements.

Minimum Requirements

  • KSA National.

  • Approximately 4 years of HR experience.

  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
