HR Specialist – Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and HR operations. The role contributes to a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes are aligned with organizational policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for all staff in the country.

Assist in workforce planning, job postings, and recruitment logistics.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support talent acquisition efforts.

Liaise with government entities and portals for visa processing, labor cards, and compliance matters.

Serve as HR focal point, resolving employee queries and issues in a timely manner.

Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.

Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.

Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.

Assist in training needs identification and coordination of learning programs.

Track employee development plans and career progression.

Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other entitlements.
Minimum Requirements

KSA National.
-
Approximately 4 years of HR experience.

Knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
