Human Resources Manager

About the Role
A leading organisation in the energy and industrial services sector is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to drive transformation and lead HR operations at their Curaçao site. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all core HR functions: recruitment, performance management, L&D, compensation & benefits, and compliance
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design
- Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and health & safety standards
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Implement HR analytics tools for effective reporting and decision-making
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain and optimise HR systems, policies, and data integrity
- Liaise with regional/global HR teams to ensure process alignment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certifications a plus)
- Minimum 7 years' HR experience, including 3+ in a management role
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred
- Proven success in organisational change and cultural transformation
- Strong grasp of employment law in Curaçao or the Dutch Caribbean
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English required; Dutch or Papiamentu a strong asset
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems and data-led approaches
