Job Purpose:
To lead and deliver the most cost-effective methods of project administration and control by ensuring timely execution of activities related to cost, schedule, contracts, and reporting. This includes enforcing standardised project control processes, driving performance efficiency, and providing oversight for financial, commercial, and scheduling activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the full scope of project control functions including planning, cost control, risk management, change management, and reporting

Ensure alignment with company standards, procedures, and objectives

Manage development of project schedules and cost forecasts

Oversee cost control systems, budget performance, and variance analysis

Prepare and review contractual and commercial deliverables including tender documentation

Supervise multidisciplinary and multicultural project control teams

Ensure integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning planning

Deliver regular project control reports to senior management with high accuracy and clarity

Drive compliance with contract terms and financial policies
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or a related commercial discipline
Experience & Skills:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry

Proven expertise in project controls, cost and schedule development, and contract management

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, supervising cross-functional and multicultural teams

Strong knowledge of business management systems and project performance methodologies

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
