This position places you at the heart of a multi-discipline team, spanning mechanical, electrical, and related engineering fields, engaged in large-scale infrastructure programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-discipline engineering team across several ongoing projects
- Serve as a central link between engineering, delivery teams, and external partners
- Manage workload, resource planning, and overall team capability
- Oversee project progress, risks, and overall performance
- Support technical quality and consistency across deliverables
- Contribute to business development and shape future opportunities
- Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes and delivery
Requirements
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex projects
- Proven track record managing teams across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
- Strong understanding of design delivery across multiple specialisms
- Proficient in managing workloads, priorities, and team structures
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Background in engineering design within infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors
- Seeking a role with significant influence and ownership at a senior level

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or similar background required
- Chartered status (or working towards) preferred
