Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale decommissioning projects, with strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years overall experience in construction engineering with at least 8 years in an offshore Oil and Gas environment such as decommissioning and abandonment of offshore Oil and Gas facilities.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale decommissioning projects, including experience with offshore jackets, topsides, subsea pipelines, and umbilicals.
- Hands-on experience with offshore operations and decommissioning processes, including rigging, lifting, and removal of heavy structures.
- Robust experience in FEED and EPRD projects with strong capability to review and approve contractor deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety, and environmental awareness.
- Excellent ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, construction schedules, and drawings.
- Ability to supervise a multi-national and multi-cultural contractor workforce.
