Overview
We are seeking a Finance Support professional to assist the R&D function in monitoring and controlling financial resources. The role ensures that projects stay within planned budgets while supporting the identification of process improvements to enhance cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control R&D project budgets, tracking expenditures against plans

Analyze costs and provide recommendations to optimise resource utilisation

Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency

Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure alignment between financial and project objectives

Support ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as required
Qualifications and Skills

2–4 years of experience in finance support, ideally within R&D or technical functions

Knowledge of powertrain systems is advantageous

Strong business acumen and understanding of R&D finance processes

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Proficient in English
