Executive Secretary - Urgent Requirement
Location: Qatar
Nationality: Arab Nationals preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration
- Secretarial qualification
- 5-8 years' experience supporting Managing Director / CEO
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Expert-level written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills
- Calendar management for complex executive meetings
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential matters
