Nationality: Arab Nationals preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration
  • Secretarial qualification
  • 5-8 years' experience supporting Managing Director / CEO

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Expert-level written and spoken English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills
  • Calendar management for complex executive meetings
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential matters
