Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract
Location: Lulea, Sweden
Residential/ Rotation: 4 week on office/site, 1 week working remotely, on rotation. Working 5 days per week

Electrical Project Manager - PMC (Owner's Engineer, Projects >€1 Billion)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the comprehensive management of the electrical discipline in PMC projects, ensuring the correct sequencing and coordination of all phases: design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Act as the Owner's Engineer representative before the client, OEMs, contractors, and other stakeholders, leading technical and progress meetings in English.
- Supervise and validate technical documentation: reports, calculations, single-line diagrams, design drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEMA) and the integration of best practices and innovative technologies.
- Coordinate and oversee protection coordination studies, short-circuit analysis, power quality, and demand studies.
- Evaluate technical proposals from suppliers and participate in the selection of key electrical equipment.
- Manage engineering teams, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources.
- Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions throughout all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the team and towards the client.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Master's in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the design and management of electrical installations in large-scale industrial projects, preferably as part of PMC or Owner's Engineer teams in projects >€1 billion.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with tools such as ETAP, DigSilent PowerFactory.
- Experience in power quality analysis, EMC, short-circuit studies, protection coordination, and load flow calculations.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEMA).
- Languages: Very high level of English (essential, both spoken and written).

- Experience managing meetings and negotiations with clients, OEMs, and international contractors.
