Electrical Project Manager
Finland (site-based role)
The Opportunity
We're working with a leading international contractor delivering a large, fast-paced project in Finland, and they are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team on-site.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the full electrical package, offering the opportunity to play a central part in delivering a high-profile build within a fast-growing sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the electrical installation works on-site
- Manage supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities to meet programme targets
- Work closely with mechanical and CSA teams
- Support testing, commissioning, and system integration
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Lead
- Strong background in electrical building services or power systems (MV/LV)
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects (data centres highly advantageous)
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management capability
- Ability to manage programme, cost, and technical delivery
