Job Title: Electrical Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Planner to provide effective maintenance planning for onshore assets. The role ensures activities are optimally scheduled and resourced to maximise reliability, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for electrical systems in line with company KPIs.
- Develop detailed work scopes for processing asset maintenance work orders.
- Review resource requirements including materials, procurement, tools, equipment, labour, contracts, and logistics.
- Perform daily review of new notifications to ensure sufficient planning data and support timely execution.
- Ensure all costs are captured in work orders and raise corrections or new entries in SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) as needed.
- Manage surplus or unused materials by preparing Material Return to Stock (MRS).
- Facilitate monthly preventive maintenance reviews and maintain the library of SAP PM task lists.
- Support the work order close-out process by verifying technical completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with at least 3 years in planning/scheduling roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate, familiar with SAP PM or equivalent maintenance planning systems.
