Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at a fast-paced production site in Doncaster. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical faults across a range of industrial systems and equipment

Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and maintain site safety

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, instrumentation, and variable speed drives

Interpret and work from electrical schematics and engineering diagrams

Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, faults, and parts usage
Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environment

Confident in reading electrical diagrams, testing motors, and working on control circuits

Basic PLC fault-finding experience (repair not essential)

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
