Project Overview:
We are supporting a critical offshore generator replacement project and are looking for an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer (FSE) to lead commissioning and start-up activities on an offshore platform. The mobilisation is expected to last around three weeks, starting between August and September 2025.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong commissioning expertise and a solid understanding of generator systems, ideally with past experience working on platforms or in similarly high-pressure offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical commissioning and start-up for a generator swap project

Ensure safe, compliant execution of offshore activities

Troubleshoot electrical and control systems during installation and commissioning

Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and site teams

Maintain clear technical documentation throughout commissioning
Candidate Profile:

Strong electrical commissioning background in offshore or industrial settings

Experience with generator systems and rotating equipment

Familiarity with Brush or Baker Hughes systems is advantageous

Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, offshore medical) preferred or must be obtainable

Proactive, team-oriented, and confident in independent field work

Available for offshore mobilisation for approx. 3 weeks in Aug/Sep 2025
