Overview
We are supporting a major engineering organisation on a large-scale project and are seeking multiple Electrical Designers to join the delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile engineering project within a structured, professional environment.

The role is suited to candidates with strong electrical design experience who are comfortable working to project schedules and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce electrical design deliverables in accordance with project specifications and industry standards

  • Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation to support detailed engineering activities

  • Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design consistency and constructability

  • Support design reviews and address comments in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements

  • Assist with revisions and updates to design documents as required by project changes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in electrical design within engineering or industrial projects

  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, project-driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in standard engineering design tools and documentation processes

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break

Overtime

  • Weekdays (in excess of standard hours): payable at standard hourly rate, subject to prior approval

  • Weekends and public holidays: payable at standard hourly rate, subject to prior approval

Notice Period

  • 15 days by either party
