Shift Pattern:
9 hours per day, 5 days per week (M-F). No Hybrid or work from home as this is a fully site based role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and organise demanding workloads while adapting to evolving project needs

  • Strong commitment to safety, with thorough knowledge of permit-to-work procedures

  • Previous experience in a client-side supervisory role

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical, quality-focused approach and attention to detail

  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, capable of clear and concise communication—both verbal and written—with stakeholders at all levels

  • PC proficiency, including solid Microsoft Office skills and confidence in a digital work environment

  • Experienced Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Construction Supervisor with 5–10 years of proven expertise and hands-on experience in:

    • Compliance with electrical and instrumentation regulations and standards for design, specification, installation, and maintenance, with emphasis on practical application

    • Specification and installation of Increased Safety (Ex e) equipment

    • Application of IEC 61511 standards and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) assessments

    • Installation practices for process instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, level, mass flow, volumetric flow, and industrial communication systems

    • Field supervision of construction activities, including monitoring contractor schedules and progress, fostering teamwork, and ensuring effective contractor oversight

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grado, FP Superior, or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

  • Knowledge of the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT)

Desirable:

  • Master’s in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering

  • Completion of industrial occupational health and safety training

  • Previous experience on industrial construction sites

  • Familiarity with LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage) installation practices

The successful candidate will join the client’s EC&I construction team, responsible for all electrical, control, and instrumentation works within the plant installation. Previous experience on industrial sites is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple interfaces, will be highly advantageous.
