Client: Pioneering Green Steel Production Company
Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract Position
Location: Boden, Sweden
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 Hours a day)
Kintec are currently partnered with a pioneering Green Steel Production Company who are constructing a plant in Northern Sweden that will produce Green Steel - Green Steel production emits up to 95% less CO ₂ compared conventional steel production.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Instructor has to deliver practical and theoretical training to construction workers in alignment with industry standards and site safety regulations. The trainer will play a key role in upskilling
the workforce and ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct EHS induction sessions for new site workers
- Deliver construction-related training
- PTW
- Supervisor Training
- Risk Assessment Training
- Hazardous Chemicals Awareness
- Excavation Safety Awareness
- etc.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 2 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management preferably from construction or heavy industry
- Good administrative skills and a sense for organization
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in construction
- Experience in delivering training to diverse groups
- Ability to adjust training delivery to different learning styles and skill levels
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Additional preferred language skills: Russian, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Romanian, Albanian
- Education preferably in Training & Development, Occupational Health and Safety, NEBOSH, train the trainer, etc.
