Assignment Type: Contract – Residential
Assignment Length: Until 31st December 2025 (with potential for extension)
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Overview
A leading multinational energy organisation is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join their agile development team in Sweden. This role is ideally suited for junior to intermediate professionals (1–5 years’ experience) looking to further develop their skills within the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to design and deliver tailored business solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Support the customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Field Service modules).

Assist in developing Power Platform components, including: Power Automate flows for business process automation, Power Apps for developing custom business solutions, and Power Portals / Power Pages for external user interactions.

Collaborate with senior developers and consultants in delivering functional business solutions.

Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to solution design discussions.

Assist with system testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Learn and adopt best practices for coding, testing, and solution deployment.

Stay current with new features and updates within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Required Skills and Competencies

1–5 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and business users.

Clear and concise technical documentation skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform environment.

Team-oriented approach, open to feedback and mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certification PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals (preferred but not essential).
