ASSIGNMENT TYPE: ROTATIONAL 4/4 (4 WEEKS ON/4 WEEKS OFF), BASED ON SEVEN (7) WORKED DAYS PER WEEK, WITH EIGHT (8) HOURS OF WORK PER DAY

SERVICE DESCRIPTION - DST SUPERVISION & SUPPORT
1. Scope of Services
The selected personnel will provide specialist support for Drill Stem Testing (DST) operations, both offshore and at designated service provider bases. The scope includes:
- Supervising DST preparation and execution offshore and at service provider facilities.
- Ensuring DST design readiness, identifying potential risks or deficiencies, and reporting concerns proactively.
- Monitoring the DST operational program and ensuring all activities are executed in strict accordance with approved procedures.
- Reporting any deviations to the DST Completion Engineer and management.
- Following up on DST performance throughout operations and ensuring optimization opportunities are captured.
- Sharing lessons learned and contributing to performance improvement initiatives related to DST operations.
- Contributing to the preparation of the DST section within End-of-Well Reports (EOWRs).
2. Specific Activities
The designated personnel will be required to:
- Coordinate the activities of DST service providers and DST equipment vendors offshore.
- Serve as the operational interface between teams and the DST Completion Engineer.
- Mentor and support junior DST Supervisors when such personnel are present onboard the rig.
- Collaborate closely with Reservoir Engineers while offshore.
3. HSE Responsibilities
The personnel shall fully comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, including:
- Supporting Department-level HSE objectives.
- Ensuring all completion, workover, and DST operations are executed in compliance with relevant statutory regulations, company QHSE standards, and recognized industry best practices.
- Promoting safety, environmental protection, and continuous optimization of operational time and cost.
- Monitoring operational activities to ensure adherence to all HSE rules, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
Goals and Deliverables
Goals & Key Deliverables:
- Supervise DST preparation and execution both offshore and at service provider locations.
- Ensure readiness of DST design and identify/report potential operational issues.
- Execute the DST program and ensure compliance with expected procedures.
- Report deviations to the DST Completion Engineer and Drilling & Completion Superintendent.
- Monitor DST performance and contribute to optimization and lessons learned.
- Support preparation of close-out documentation (DST section of EOWRs).
- Coordinate activities of DST services and equipment providers.
- Act as an interface between field execution teams and the DST Completion Engineer.
- Mentor junior DST supervisors when present onboard.
- Work closely with reservoir engineering representatives when required.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and promote safe operations at all times.
Technical & Operational Skills
- Experienced in contractor supervision offshore
- Experience in Drill Stem Testing (DST) offshore
- Experienced in Deepwater operations (minimum 5 years)
- Experience as offshore supervisor in major energy projects
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant operational and safety guidelines
