JOB TITLE: DST Completion Engineer (x3)

LOCATION: Parimbo, Suriname

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Residential work scheme, six (6) days worked per week, eight (8) hours per day

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: Annually renewable contract

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

Description of the Services:

- Provide engineering support to the Exploration Engineering and Operations team during DST preparation for the entire well-preparation cycle.

- Ensure DST design readiness and perform DST reviews with headquarters.

- Ensure DST equipment readiness in accordance with project planning.

- Lead technical studies required for DST preparation.

- Prepare the DST program and ensure execution is in line with the program.

- Identify deviations from the DST program and prepare Management of Change accordingly.

- Follow up DST performance and establish a Key Performance Database.

- Lead lessons-learnt and performance-optimization processes related to DST.

- Contribute to the DST section of well close-out reports.

Specific Activities:

- Liaise with headquarters for all DST-related topics.

- Work closely with and support DST supervisors offshore.

- Coordinate the work of DST services and DST equipment providers.

HSE Responsibilities:

- Cascade departmental HSE objectives; ensure completion/workover operations are conducted in compliance with existing rules, safety and environmental protection, and with optimization of cost and time.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and company QHSE standards, and prepare derogations accordingly.

Goals and Key Deliverables:

- Provide engineering support during all DST planning and preparation phases.

- Ensure DST design readiness and participate in DST reviews with headquarters.

- Coordinate DST equipment readiness and service provider activities.

- Lead DST-related technical studies and prepare the formal DST program.

- Monitor execution, track deviations, and prepare Management of Change as required.

- Follow up on DST performance and maintain a performance database.

- Lead lessons learned and optimization initiatives.

- Contribute to the DST sections of well close-out reports.

- Liaise with headquarters and support offshore DST supervisors.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable QHSE rules and standards.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

- IWCF Level 4, BOSIET certification

- 5 years' experience in DST or Completion

- Experience in DH and EH SSTT

- Experienced in contractor management

- 10 years' experience in deep-water operations

- Engineering or Bachelor's degree

- Experience in DST offshore
