DOCC Operator – Office-Based (Esbjerg, Denmark)
We are seeking a skilled DOCC Operator for an onshore, office-based role in Esbjerg, Denmark, supporting offshore oil and gas operations. This is an initial 12-month residential contract with potential for renewal.
Rotation Schedule (Onshore):

7 days on day shift, followed by 7 days off

4 days on evening shift, followed by 3 days off

7 days on night shift, followed by 7 days off

After completing three cycles, a 3-week rest period applies

Scope of Work:

Ensure 24-hour DOCC operations and monitoring

Generate daily operational performance reports

Optimise oil and gas export and quality

Coordinate gas nominations across stakeholders and infrastructure

Produce and validate short- and long-term production forecasts
-
Identify, quantify, and report daily shortfalls

Serve as initial emergency contact for offshore incidents

Support offshore with diagnostics and technical oversight
-
Monitor AIS for vessel proximity and safety

Liaise with emergency response teams for medevac and spill response

Communicate with commercial partners and pipeline operators

Recommend and implement process improvements and digital tools
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum experience as Chief Operator, Chief CCR Operator or similar

Strong understanding of offshore production and control room operations
-
Strong analytical, mathematical, and IT skills
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Able to work rotational shifts and manage high-stakes decisions
