Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Digital Solutions

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities within a growing Digital Solutions division. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering innovative digital and software-based solutions.

You will act as the commercial lead for key accounts, overseeing the full sales lifecycle from opportunity development through to contract negotiation and delivery. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Set and monitor measurable sales goals and performance metrics
  • Support pricing strategies and project planning to secure profitable business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise opportunities based on resources and capacity
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with company policies

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and high levels of customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence, Planning and Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
  • Adjust sales strategies based on insights and changing market conditions
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies and industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software or digital solutions sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and key accounts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
