Job Title: Information & Data Architect
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering data product development end-to-end
- Define canonical domain models and metric semantics
- Design scalable, event-driven data architecture
- Enable observability and feedback loops throughout the software lifecycle
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and trust
- Establish data governance, security, and access models
- Enable self-service analytics and facilitate data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in designing large-scale data or software systems
- 5-10 years' experience in software engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, and data engineering, with practical exposure to software delivery and production environments
- 2-5 years in technical leadership or architectural roles, specifically in CI/CD, back-end development, engineering data platforms or data domains
- Demonstrable experience designing and evolving scalable data architectures and structures for diverse users
- Strong expertise in data modeling and pipeline architecture, including event-driven ingestion, canonical domain modeling, and transformation layers for analytics
- Experience with CI/CD and observability ecosystems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), with ability to abstract tool-specific data into unified models
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments
