Job Title: CRM Specialist

Seniority Level: Senior

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (25% Remote)

Assignment Period: 16 March 2026 - 28 February 2027

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical integration of CRM platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Lime CRM)

- Integrate ERP data from SAP S/4HANA for full sales lifecycle reporting

- Design and maintain scalable CRM-to-data-lake data ingestion

- Define data models to harmonize CRM and ERP schemas for unified reporting

- Ensure robust, monitored, and optimized API-based integrations

- Manage authentication, RBAC models, and secure access control

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance

- Implement CI/CD principles for BI and data pipeline deployments

- Own Power BI semantic models and reporting architecture

- Establish data dictionaries, metadata standards, and documentation practices

- Define data quality controls and validation frameworks

- Drive data reliability, scalability, and performance improvements

- Ensure compliance with internal security and privacy policies

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of CRM data structures (accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc.)

- Expertise in API integration (REST, authentication, incremental sync logic)

- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar)

- Strong knowledge of data governance, RBAC, secure BI deployment

- Performance tuning for BI datasets and pipelines

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- 5+ years in CRM technical roles, BI or data engineering

- Proven experience architecting CRM integrations and reporting environments

- Hands-on with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines)

- Experience with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)

- Skilled in ETL/ELT pipeline design (Azure Data Factory, Databricks or equivalent)

- Proficiency in SQL for data transformation

- Demonstrated ability to integrate multi-source CRM and ERP data

- Experience working in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders

- Experience with automation/scripting tools is a plus

- Strategic and architectural mindset; hands-on across the data stack

- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

- Proactive, structured, and quality-focused

- Comfortable in dynamic CRM and sales environments
