JOB TITLE: CPY REP

LOCATION: Malaysia, Johor Area

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Residential

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: Annual renewable contract

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday / 5 days a week

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service Provider will be responsible for following up on the supply of Wellhead System components and associated tooling. In addition, the service holder will supervise the quality process implemented by contractor(s) in the plant. The service holder will also oversee HSE activities in the plant to ensure that HSE objectives, site personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment, and the exemplary reputation of the organization are upheld.

ACTIVITIES

The Service Provider will liaise with Subsea HSE Lead, Delivery Lead, Materials & Welding Lead, and Quality Lead.

HSE and Compliance:

- Fully comply with site security, health, and safety instructions; stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.

- Ensure that HSE contractual requirements and implementation/compliance to HSE documentation are duly applied by the contractor, through day-to-day supervision and by making Company REP presence visible on site.

- Be accountable for demonstrating exemplary behavior regarding HSE rules & requirements, including trainings, and enforcing HSE execution decisions/directions taken by the Subsea HSE Lead.

- Report any issue/anomalies (using systems in place in the facility) and make use of the STOP WORK policy as necessary.

- Ensure that risk assessments are performed as necessary, that management of change is adhered to, and that tool-box talks are conducted efficiently.

- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote re-enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program.

Work Tasks:

- Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control are properly managed.

- Define and follow up the quality regime, inspection, and testing program.

- Attend all Pre-Production Meetings.

- Define and follow contractor and vendors' detailed schedules.

- Monitor contractor Progress.

- Attend all testing and agreed reporting.

- Ensure permanent follow-up of site works.

- Identify any technical, procurement or resource bottlenecks that could lead to schedule slippage.

- Follow up on mechanical completion, final documentation, packing, and shipment preparation.

- Liaise with Delivery Manager and Quality Lead.

- Issue weekly report stating status, look ahead, and quality issues.

- Assess and monitor the Welding and Welding Qualification Programs.

- Assess and monitor the Testing Program ensuring equipment and tooling are fit for the intended purpose and conditions, with technical assistance from discipline leaders.

- Monitor the impact of the qualification and testing program on the overall schedule.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

- The activity takes place in the execution phase of a major project in Suriname.

- The multidisciplinary team coordinates studies managed on Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.

- Technical challenges include reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection systems.

- The team aims to maximize results by optimizing reserves, schedule, reducing costs and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, while maintaining technical quality of the installations with high HSE standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Previous experience with Well Control Products and Tooling

- In-depth knowledge and experience of Testing regime across all phases (factory acceptance, stack-up and/or site receival)

- Knowledge/Experience of relevant Quality regime

- Knowledge/Experience of manufacturing sequences and related Quality regime

- Degree and/or master's in engineering and/or equivalent relevant professional experience

- Languages: Fluent in French and English

- Professional Experience: 15 years minimum

- Experience within projects: 15 years minimum
