The Basingstoke office is centrally located with excellent transport links and facilities.
Role Overview:
The Contracts Administrator will support post-award contract management across EniProgetti projects. The role requires close coordination with Contract Holders, Procurement, and other internal functions to ensure contractual compliance, monitor performance, manage changes/disputes, and maintain contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Contract Holder, Head of Contract Administration, and Procurement Manager on all post-award contract matters.
- Attend contract handover, kick-off, and progress meetings.
- Monitor contract KPIs, including spend vs contract value and expiry tracking.
- Ensure contractor compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report contractual irregularities and assist in resolving disputes.
- Gather contractor performance data and manage feedback and lessons learned.
- Review contract changes, claims, liquidated damages, and volume discounts.
- Draft and review contractual correspondence; maintain communication traceability.
- File and manage contract documentation efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration within Oil & Gas or energy sector.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Economics, Law, Engineering or similar preferred.
- Contract Management certification desirable.
