Overview
We are supporting a leading organisation within the energy sector that is seeking a Contract Representative to join a busy commercial operations team. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured processes, contract validation, and working closely with sales and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform contract closing, validation, and setup activities in line with defined processes and service level agreements

Review and validate customer contracts prior to distribution to end users

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to internal sales and commercial teams via email, phone, and issue-tracking tools

Ensure accurate contract data entry and maintenance of supporting documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support timely and compliant contract processing

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in retail energy or a comparable commercial or contract management environment

Experience working with sales teams and external customers

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with regular use of Excel and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to support additional workload when required

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology-driven efficiencies
