About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and optimise service contracts within a major airport environment. The role focuses on managing key service agreements that directly affect passenger experience, while ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate major service contracts, ensuring performance aligns with operational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with service providers to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
  • Analyse operational needs and translate them into actionable improvements for customer-facing services.
  • Monitor contract performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed effectively.
  • Contribute to procurement and contracting strategies, with focus on sustainability, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain clear records and documentation of contracts, negotiations, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Higher vocational or university-level education.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing service contracts in a complex, dynamic organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with contract management methodologies such as CATS.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively at multiple organisational levels.
