Overview

  • The service holder is responsible, within the Project team, for all activities related to the development and administration of all contracts developed for the Project (studies, FEED, CCFT, EPC, etc.).

  • Responsibilities include managing all processes associated with Calls For Tender (document preparation, clarification, negotiation) for multiple project contracts.

  • The service holder reports to the Project Manager and must ensure exemplary behaviour regarding HSSE rules and their implementation within their area of responsibility.

Activities

  • Lead commercial/contractual matters for the URF Package CFT (documentation, clarification, committees, etc.).

  • Manage commercial/contractual matters for other contracts (document preparation, clarifications, committees).

  • Handle commercial/contractual matters such as letters, Change Orders, etc.

  • Establish necessary systems and contracts compliant with project procedures and HSE requirements.

  • Contribute to claim strategy defence and prepare technical arguments with the Project Manager.

  • Administer the Contract(s) to ensure contractor compliance and provide contractual/commercial support during execution, including weekly and monthly meetings.

  • Coordinate and review all contractor correspondence and prepare draft responses for the Project Manager.

  • Manage Change Order processes, including logs, contract and commercial reviews, and proposed responses.

  • Participate in dispute settlement with legal, insurance, and finance specialists when required.

  • Propose contractual reference materials (templates, governance, etc.) in coordination with project stakeholders and partners.

  • Participate in supplier and contractor evaluation and follow-up.

  • Contribute to decision-making for future contract awards.

Context & Environment

  • The objective of the Project is to supply 1 GWac of green electricity produced from renewable energy and compliant with EMA requirements.

  • Electricity will be generated by:

    • A 7.3 GWp PV farm

    • Coupled with a 14.21 GWh BESS

    • Ensuring permanent energy supply with a 75% quarterly load factor

  • The plant will be located on Rangsang Island, Indonesia, covering approximately 6,100 hectares.

  • Key project packages include:

    • PV farm

    • BESS

    • Transmission

    • Offshore/Onshore Works

    • Jetty & Access Roads

    • Others as defined in the full package breakdown

  • Location: Paris initially; frequent missions in Singapore, then based in Singapore from 2027

Technical Requirements

  • Qualification: Engineering or QS degree

  • Professional Experience: 10 years

  • Contract Experience: 15 years (Contract/Controls Management; CCFT and/or Renewables preferred)

  • Languages: Fluent English mandatory; French appreciated

  • Other: Strong knowledge of Contracts and project procedures and practices
