Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and oversee construction and installation activities for large-scale oil and gas projects.
- The role ensures that construction works are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with approved engineering standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site construction and installation works for assigned engineering disciplines across EPIC/Construction contracts.
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and comply with project Scope of Work, engineering standards, and specifications.
- Participate in constructability reviews and provide feedback to improve project execution.
- Review contractors' construction plans, schedules, method statements, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Coordinate and manage contractor mobilisation, including site laydown areas and resources.
- Facilitate issuance of permits, gate passes, and ensure adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) conditions.
- Inspect and test completed works, arrange recommissioning inspections, and initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates.
- Follow up on punch list items and ensure timely closure.
- Review and endorse red-line and "as-built" drawings.
- Participate in handover, acceptance, and commissioning of facilities.
- Review and endorse construction dossiers and site work progress submitted by contractors.
- Ensure timely execution of construction and installation works in line with project requirements and schedules.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognised university, or a diploma in a relevant engineering field with extensive construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction and installation activities within oil and gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices, systems, processes, and standards.
- Effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience reviewing and supervising contractor work plans, permits, and safety compliance.
- Ability to lead teams on site, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
