Your Responsibilities

• Supervision and completion of telecommunications construction projects

• Monitoring subcontractor performance and initiating escalation procedures when required

• Determining material and subcontractor requirements

• Maintaining project documentation and databases

• Processing and closing operational and investment orders

• Formal execution of right-of-way procedures

• Coordinating construction activities with municipalities, utility providers, and infrastructure stakeholders

• Managing contractor call-offs and invoice approvals

Depending on the project, additional responsibilities may include:

• Technical review and approval of planning proposals

• Supporting tendering and management of construction projects (expansion, modification, civil works, maintenance)

• Acting as client representative and managing external service providers

• Cost, schedule, and quality control including reporting and escalation management

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training

• Experience supervising construction of telecommunications networks

• Experience managing subcontractors and service providers

• Knowledge of right-of-way regulations

• Valid driver’s license (Class B)

• Willingness to work on construction sites in outdoor environments

Ihre Aufgaben

• Begleitung und Abschluss von Baumaßnahmen im Bereich Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur

• Monitoring der Leistungserbringung von Fremdfirmen sowie Einleitung von Eskalationen bei Bedarf

• Ermittlung von Material- und Fremdleistungsbedarf

• Pflege von Dokumentationen und Datenbanken

• Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Betriebs- bzw. Investitionsaufträgen

• Formelle Durchführung der Wegesicherung

• Koordinierung der Baumaßnahmen mit Kommunen, Versorgungsträgern und Erschließungsträgern

• Verantwortung für Abruf und Abrechnung von Auftragnehmerleistungen

Je nach Projekt zusätzlich:

• Fachliche Prüfung und Abnahme von Planungsvorschlägen

• Unterstützung bei Ausschreibung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten (z. B. Tiefbau, Erweiterung, Umbau, Instandhaltung)

• Wahrnehmung von Bauherrenaufgaben und Steuerung externer Dienstleister

• Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle einschließlich Reporting und Eskalationsmanagement

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

• Erfahrung in der Baubegleitung von Kommunikationsnetzen/-einrichtungen

• Erfahrung in der Dienstleistersteuerung

• Kenntnisse im Wegerecht

• Führerschein Klasse B

• Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im Außendienst auf Baustellen
