Key Responsibilities:

Take technical ownership, delivery, quality, and lifecycle management of the AutoTune component within Engine Management Systems.

Serve as the central point of coordination between software development, hardware, mechatronics, suppliers, subsystem owners, and product teams.

Ensure the component meets functional requirements, quality standards, and timing objectives.

Function as the primary interface for software teams, hardware/mechatronics teams, calibration engineers, subsystem owners, product labs, test engineers, and external suppliers.

Plan and coordinate development and release activities, aligning with project roadmaps and organizational workflows.

Manage and communicate delivery timelines, highlighting impacts from resource constraints or technical changes.

Coordinate sprint-level planning for software teams where necessary.

Ensure readiness for production, including calibration coverage for supported hardware and carburetor/ignition combinations.
Requirements:

Strong technical understanding of engine management systems.

Experience in embedded systems development, calibration workflows, and diagnostic toolchains.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Structured problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with agile development and tools such as JIRA.

Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
