Working Schedule: Monday to Friday / 5 days a week / 8 hours a day
Missions / Service Dimensions

Responsible for following up on the supply of Wellhead System components and associated tooling
-
Supervise the quality process implemented by contractors in the plant
-
Supervise CTR HSE activities to ensure project HSE objectives, site personnel safety, construction integrity, environmental protection, and uphold the company’s reputation
Activities
-
Liaise with CPY Subsea HSE Lead, CPY Delivery Lead, CPY Materials & Welding Lead, and CPY Quality Lead
HSE & Compliance
-
Fully comply with site security, health and safety instructions; maintain continuous awareness of hazards
-
Ensure HSE contractual requirements and compliance with HSE documentation are applied by CTR through supervision and visible Company REP presence

Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules, including trainings, and enforce HSE execution decisions/directions by CPY Subsea HSE Lead

Report issues/anomalies using facility systems and apply TOTAL STOP WORK policy as necessary
-
Ensure risk assessments are performed, management of change is followed, and tool-box talks are conducted efficiently

Demonstrate Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote the Anti-Corruption Program
Quality Supervision

Supervise the implementation of the quality process by contractors
-
Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control are properly managed
-
Define and follow up the quality regime, inspection, and testing program
Work Tasks
-
Follow up, expedite, and ensure quality and adherence to Well Control System and associated tooling specifications

Attend all Pre-Production Meetings
-
Define and follow CTR and vendor detailed schedules
-
Monitor CTR progress
-
Attend all testing and agreed reporting
-
Permanently follow site works
-
Identify technical, procurement, or resource bottlenecks that could cause schedule slippage
-
Follow up on mechanical completion, final documentation, packing, and shipment preparation
-
Liaise with CPY Delivery Manager and CPY Quality Lead
-
Issue weekly reports to CPY stating status, look-ahead, and quality issues
-
Supervise day-to-day activities of CTR and vendors; witness fabrication work
-
Ensure prompt issue of dispatch dossier including all certifications and finalize manufacturing record book

Assess and monitor Welding and Welding Qualification Programs
-
Assess and monitor Testing Program ensuring equipment and tooling are fit for purpose with SPS discipline leaders’ assistance

Monitor impact of qualification and testing program on SPS schedule
Context & Environment

Execution phase of a major project in Suriname

Suriname GPI coordinates studies managed by TotalEnergies OneTech on Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58
-
Technical challenges include reservoir development, FPSO, and subsea production/injection systems

Project objectives: maximize economic results, optimize reserves, maintain schedule, reduce costs and GHG emissions, maintain technical quality, uphold high H3SE standards

Qualifications & Experience Required

Previous experience with Well Control Products and Tooling
-
In-depth knowledge and experience of Testing regime across all phases (FAT, stack-up, and/or site receival)

Knowledge/Experience of relevant Quality regime
-
Knowledge/Experience of manufacturing sequences and relevant Quality regime
-
Degree and/or Master in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
-
Languages: Fluent in French and English
-
Professional experience: minimum 15 years

Experience within projects: minimum 15 years
