Job Title: Company Representative – Production Manifolds
Location: Avilés, Spain (near Gijón)
Assignment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Project Overview:
The focus is on subsea production systems (SPS), including production manifolds and foundations, with stringent HSE and quality standards. The successful candidate will act as the Company’s on-site representative, ensuring fabrication and testing activities align with technical, safety, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
HSE & Compliance:

Ensure all on-site activities adhere strictly to H3SE standards and STOP WORK policies.

Promote risk assessments, toolbox talks, and change management processes.

Reinforce anti-corruption and ethical behavior policies.
Fabrication & Quality Oversight:

Supervise and verify all work on Production Manifolds and Foundations per Project/Company specifications.

Validate personnel qualifications, procedural readiness, material condition, and equipment certification before task commencement.

Witness and sign off control points (e.g., NDT, NDE, DT, pressure testing, cleanliness checks, dimensional checks).

Identify and resolve non-conformities, ensuring timely closure without compromising quality or schedule.
Technical Controls:

Monitor welding, testing, and inspection programs.

Validate compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and track progress through photographic and digital evidence.

Review and approve Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs).

Ensure equipment is returned to a ready state post-inspection for upcoming work stages.
Reporting & Coordination:

Issue weekly status reports, covering progress, HSE incidents, and quality issues.

Coordinate with CPY Subsea HSE Lead, Delivery Lead, Welding Lead, and Quality Lead.

Participate in audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Ensure timely preparation of dispatch dossiers with full certification packages.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

Engineering Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Mechanical, Subsea, or related discipline.

20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering with 15+ years on major EPC or subsea projects.

Proven experience with production manifolds, subsea structures, and fabrication/testing processes.

Strong background in NDT/NDE, welding procedures, testing regimes (FAT, SIT, Stack-Up, etc.).

Familiarity with QC/QA practices; certification is a plus.

Fluent in English; Spanish or French is advantageous.

Solid knowledge of HSE practices, inspection procedures, and document review.
